Biggest question ko with Toyota offering EVs is how will they handle local support.

I have relatives and colleagues sa US and Europe who drives a TESLA. Wala daw syang schedule for preventive maintenance. They only have a recommendation on when to have the brakes checked.

This was one of the deciding facotrs kung bakit ang daming naka-TESLA sa Norway head office namin, no day wasted going to the dealership for PMS.

Tapos, when one of our colleague broke their TESLA's passenger visor, TESLA scheduled their maintenance team to go to the office and replace the broken part. They called the owner lang to confirm if he will allow them to override the car's lock, or if he wants them to wait for him to open the car - super convenient

Iyong early complaints mostly sa pre facelift. Mukhang naayos na sa 2026 model revision.
    Except iyong gauge cluster position...

True. Teslas don't have Scheduled PMS. the onboard computer will determine if you need to service the vehicle for things like Brake pad wear, tire change, coolant add on. some can even be done DIY.
For Toyota with a Dealership, its interesting to see what they apply to this EV with regards to the PMS.
Will it be yearly like other EVs or will they stick with their every 3 or 6 month PMS even when we know its not needed.

Unfortunately, TMP isn't what I would consider as a benevolent distributor.

The Toyota bZ4X has officially been launched in PH priced at P2.699-M | TopGear PH

the lone variant starts at P2.699 million. You’ll have to pay an extra P15,000 for the Platinum White Pearl Mica/Attitude Black Mica colorway or P20,000 for the Precious Metal/Attitude Black Mica and Emotional Red/Attitude Black Mica options.

Medyo complicated pa rin design ng Toyota EV vs Tesla.
