ako din.. i dont think so too.... maporma tingnan yung pagkakablue... depende kung ano yung target na age bracket... mine is blue too. Well anyway kung ma-phase man, konti lang makikita na blue sa kalsada and kasama ako dun...

yup... that's my first choice kasi sa 1.5 G lang sya meron.... and mukhang konti lang production nyan... since nagmamadali ako... i go for the metalllic blue... no regrets... ang porma... i think blue ang pinaka-maporma sa lahat ng color variants... so depende nalang sa preference mong color for your characteristic....

balak ko po kasing bumili ng 1.3J pero gusto ko sana eh pa power window, power door lock, power outer mirror, 15" alloy at keyless entry gaya ng G variant....
san po ba pwede sa casa na rin ba o s labas n lang? mga magkano kaya ang magagastos?
di kasi kaya ng budget ang G variant....

beginner here and already ordered my avanza at toyota quezon avenue. My SA told me that kung maaari sa kanya ko na lang kunin ung insurance amounting to 27,500. bat ganon? d ba dapat sa toyota ko lahat babayaran un?
by the way Toyota financing ito.
Meron ba mali d2?

Not all insurance companies (comprehensive) are good....you can get your insurance from your own suki...or from the casa recommended insurance company (or in your case sideline yata ng ahente yung insurance company na nirerecommend niya).

ang kaso some of them are not good when handling real problem na - car insurance claims.

I highly recommend that you get one that is highly recommended na lalo na sa claims.

In my limited exposure sa insurance claims...pinaka naging hassle free sa aking ang PGA (prudential guarantee assurance) ng nissan balintawak. I literally just showed my "damaged" frontier (windshield had a stone crack)...they took pictures and arranged everything. called me after two weeks para ipasok na, signed a few documents...then three days later it was ready for pick-up..signed the release and that's it.

Merun din akong ibang insurance claim sa dmax na hindi PGA....Federal Phoenix...wow...hassle, two kaming pabalik-balik (same case of broken/chipped windshield)...kami pa nag-asikaso ng police report/accident affidavit (we also paid for it)....at kung hindi pa namin ini-insist na CASA installed dapat, they would have opted to have it fixed sa suking talyer nila.

over all it tooked me more than four weeks to have the problem resolved sa Federal Phoenix....

from that time on, we never have their insurance services even if they were a bit cheaper than pga.

that's my two cents

choice mo ba talaga is 1.3J or the reason for getting the 1.3J is yung budget. yung sidings kasi ng 1.3 is different from 1.5, so i dont know kung paano isaksak yung power window. Baka lalo ka mapamahal.

yesterday nasa casa ako, and may nagpakabit ng alarm sa casa.. 8K agad, tapos meron din isang 1.3J nagpakabit ng spoiler and speaker sa rear, i dont know magkano inabot.

my suggestion is if you really love the 1.5G, go for it, kung kulang sa budget, i-defer mo muna, kesa i-convert mo yung 1.3 to 1.5, might not work the same way as what is default for 1.5G

regarding sa insurance, pwede mo naman hindi kunin sa toyota, actually medyo mahal yung insurance as stated dun sa mga pricelist nila. its you're choice naman... basta ang importante covered yung whole amount ng car... go to the best offer.

pag iisipan ko ng madaming beses kasi gusto nga ni misis eh for family use then ang sa akin nman eh pwedeng ipang pasada(airport taxi). isa pa eh madalas wala ako s pinas at kailangan din ng extra income...

bro, we have the same concerns. gusto ko rin sana G variant kaso di kaya ng budget. already have my avanza j silver for almost two months now. latest upgrade ko was alarm/power locks pa lang. no regrets naman kahit j lang un. mahal ko na un. mahal na mahal. hehe....

imho, ok lang siguro un ibang upgrade na gusto mo pero medyo mahirap paupgrade agad ng power windows. this early, mahirap magtrust sa upgrade sa labas ng casa dahil dpa tested un market. even un casa nga not sure if they can do that (at least the last time i asked it was their response). chances are, you will be the guinea pig for such an aftermarket upgrade. kung di mo kaya 1.5. hintay ka lang dumami na paupgrade ng ganun and for their feedbacks. Give it a few months, baka may magpost na dito ng feedbacks. From those feedbacks, ideally, makita un defects at maenhance na un product. ang million peso question is how fast the market will start offering those upgrades, how fast it will be able to realize and correct problems arising from first gen production.

nothing wrong there. got mine from my sister.
kakaibang SA yan, a. sumasideline. if you want a cheaper insurance, try other banks. payag naman toyota sa iba ka kumuha as long as it is legit.

meron po ba sa inyo nagkaproblema sa pag-open ng rear door using yung switch sa driver side? yung sa akin po kasi sobrang tigas ng switch. napipilitan na lang ako patayin yung engine, get out, tapos gamitin yung susi para i-bukas yung likod.

had the toyota people look into it during my 1k checkup. kelangan daw i-fix. the problem is that it'll take 4-5 hours to fix it. eto ay kung wala pa daw pila. nagmamadali na ako nun kaya sinabi ko ipapa-schedule ko na lang. hayyz. ganun ba talaga katagal ipaayos yun?


about my 1k checkup, i insisted na 3L lang ang gamiting oil like the other forumers said. ipinakita sa akin yung dipstick after they poured in the 3L oil. i didn't know exactly how to guage it. i just went "ohhhhmmmm...". they told me na 1.3 variant yung 3L sakto lang at mejo bitin daw yung 3L sa 1.5 variant. ang ginawa nila, naghanap sila ng tira-tira ng ibang nagpa-change oil. ayun, nakatipid ako ng isang lata ng oil. hehehe.

regarding my FC, so far so good. i can't share the exact figures, hindi ko kasi namomonitor yung Km per full tank because i keep forgetting to reset my trip meter. basta Php1,200 to Php1,400 per week yung gastos ko sa gas (shell v-power [95 octane]). travel is from newManila-makati-newManila during weekdays (3 adults). tapos lots of mall hopping every weekend (2 kids, 3-5 adults). sulit na dahil good for 3-4 days lang yung amount na yun sa CRV M/T ng friend kong siya lang lagi ang sakay. mine hauls more ass, A/T pa. hehehe.

geez, I have the same problem too. Matigas siya parang mapapatid yung cable. I am not sure kung kailangan lang siya i lubricate or palitan yung buo cable. Pero estimated 4-5 hours to fix it, mukha cable nga ang papalitan.
