My Total Cash Out was computed at P152,600.00 (P10,000.00 discount applied) inclusive of the following:
1 year Comprehensive Insurance - P 23,500.
3 yrs. LTO registration - free
Chattel Mortgage Fee - P 16,500.
with monthly amortization of P 23,907.00 for 2 years.
My preferred colored is champagne.
I already paid my reservation for P5k.
Unit will be delivered by Mid of July.
Konting waiting time na lang ... sabik na akong sakyan bago kong baby.
Eto yung mga freebies that they promised:
Seat cover
Tint
Floor matting
Rust proofing
Door Visor
Umbrella
Key Chain
Steering wheel lock and
Early Warning Device.
Ano po kaya ang puedi nyong i advise sa kin if they have choices from these like tint for example.
Or what are the things that needs to be inspected sa pagkuha ng unit.
Do you think this is already a good deal?

Insurance ko sir nasa 18k lang sa Standard, nung una nasa 22k din yung binibigay sakin parang di ko na lang matandaan kung ano insurance company buti na lang may nag post ng bad experience sa insurance company na yun dito sa tsikot kaya pinapalitan namin. PSbank kami nag car loan, ang kaso di ko rin magamit yung insurance ngayon na na-swipe ng motor yung side ng vanzy ko lalim ng gasgas kasi baka mas malaki pa magastos ko pag pinasok sa insurance maaabala pa ako pinabayaan ko na lang sakit lang pag nakikita mo gasgas.

Mataas na nga ang insurance, here's another problem, my SA called me up today may adjustment daw sa chattel mortgage fee from P16,500 it climbed up to P25,000.00 for reason na provincial transaction daw ang akin.
May ganun bang klaseng mga adjustments? Hindi ba dapat standard ang rate ng mortgage irrespective of the place of transaction?
My car loan was approved also by PS Bank at Toyota Commonwealth na din ang naghanap ng bangko para sa akin.
Any further inputs would be highly appreciated.

Unfortunately sir may additional talaga ang chattel mortgage pag provincial ang resident mo. like pag pampanga plus 2k. saan ka ba sir nakatira? kung gusto mo sir bumalik sa 16,500 yung CM fee mo bili ka na lang ng house dito sa metro manila. joke! pero seriously yun lang talaga ang paraan. pero sobrang taas naman ata ng tinaas from 16500 to 25000. grabeh... sir pm mo sakin sir yung details mo para ma check ko sa monday yung application mo & see kung ano pwede natin gawin.
