share ko lang. got this from a JAF manual i got from Japan. Sana may nakakaintindi magbasa kasi hanggan ngayon do ko padin naintindihan hehe.

isinama ko nadin yun elgrand

kung tama if the alphard 2.4liter starts at 2835000 yen and goes up to 4578000 for the hybrid 2.4 that is 1.428million pesos to to 2.306million

sa elgrand naman 1.460million 2.5liter pesos to 2.433million 3liter

all at todays 1yen = 0.507centavos
naisip ko bigla ang previa 2.4 ay 2.25million to 2.437million haay tax nga naman...

alphard sa parking lot ng disneyland.. ganda.
yung tito ko naka elgrand panalo din.. automatic yung pinto sa likod at gilid.. walang hirap sa pagbukas at pagsara.. parehong maganda.. whoa!

mejo kulang sa logic to.

kasi on the same site ang price ng altis ranges from 83,988-98,488sgd. or equivalent to 2,771,604 to 3,250,104. obviously hinde yan ang presyo ng altis dito. its all about relativity.

its safe to conclude that prices in singapore are roughly twice or triple the price of cars in the philippines. same as prices sa malaysia mas mahal kesa sa philippines. therefore we should expect the alphard to be at the 2million pesos area. pedeng 2.5m pa xguro. pero sana asa 1.8 lang or less para pede itapat sa grand starex.

Di ba ito kasama sa JPEPA?

From the specs in topgear, walang stability assist and traction control? All high end vehicles have this as standard already. Even the top of the line Starex have ECS.

Di parin effective ang JPEPA nayan pagdating sa cars AFAIK.Kaya nga mahal parin ang mga CBU na Toyota na galing Japan hanggang ngayon,ganoon din ang Nissan lately sa bagong Patrol Royale.
