as a standard procedure of any conscientious technician, you have to replace the might as well parts (MAW) since the front of the engine is already accessible, i.e.: timing belt, camshaft seal, front crankshaft seal, water pump (if timing belt driven), oil pump seal (where applicable), timing belt tensioner and idler where applicable and wash the affected area of old timing belt dust and foreign debris.

The Altis has no timing belt; it utilizes a timing chain which doesnt need replacement as long as its not making noise and you follow the change oil schedule routinely.
70,000kms is just regular change oil, tune-up and clean/adjust brakes. 80,000kms ang madugo (change all fluids, filters, etc.).
My Altis is also at 70,000kms... but its an 07 model

Masakit ang serpentine belt tensioner sa bulsa AFAIK. This is changed if your serpentine belt starts making noise and the belt is still in good condition. BTW, if your serpertine belt is still the original or hasnt been changed in the last three to four years, change it as well (Bando brand is good).
