I read in motioncars and in the papers that the altis and next gen camry will be imported CBU from Thailand.

Meanwhile, the Vios and the Avanza will be manufactured here.

just like what they did with the Vios... an almost invisible facelift.

siguro mag-all new altis na dapat sila. pero 2 or 3 facelifts on just one model isnt new news sa atin. just look at the lancer and the ES civic. naka-3 facelift na ata sila.

yup me too i like the Toyota Corolla Altis over the ES Civic, mas solid ang feel when driving it, the steering is not too soft as the ES, suspension is stiffer (not harsh)
    than the ES...
also i feel the same way when im driving a RAV4 compared to a CRV...

i dont if ako lang ang ganun kasi nasanay ako sa mga pickup trucks..he..he

btw ang pangit ng woodtrims...hello toyota black/dark silver/titanium/ age na...

so balidtad na yung vios gawa na dito yung altis sa thai na gawa...
basta hindi mawawala ang local jobs sa toyota laguna oks lang...

*kimpoy: Ang weird nga... when I ride in my cousin's Altis, I'm often surprised at how stiff it is... how little body roll. Parang nagpalit ng sporty vs. comfortably na suspension ang Civic at Altis ngayon!

Still, it's not uncomfortable... reminds me of my Lynx RS... stiff, but controlled body movements... siyempre, mas stiff ang Lynx, pero di naman magkalayo...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Ayos lang umalis ang production ng altis dito, kung may kapalit na vios at avanza.

Sana nga expansion pa ang mangyari sa Toyota Motors Philippines.

wildthing, i'll ride passenger. instant lowering yan.

i like the altis' ride as well. the interior looks nice...except the woodtrim. egh. aluminum na lang or CF.

Corolla Altis and next gen Camry to be imported from Thailand and more
