I read in motioncars and in the papers that the altis and next gen camry will be imported CBU from Thailand.
Meanwhile, the Vios and the Avanza will be manufactured here.

yup me too i like the Toyota Corolla Altis over the ES Civic, mas solid ang feel when driving it, the steering is not too soft as the ES, suspension is stiffer (not harsh)
than the ES...
also i feel the same way when im driving a RAV4 compared to a CRV...
i dont if ako lang ang ganun kasi nasanay ako sa mga pickup trucks..he..he

*kimpoy: Ang weird nga... when I ride in my cousin's Altis, I'm often surprised at how stiff it is... how little body roll.
Still, it's not uncomfortable... reminds me of my Lynx RS... stiff, but controlled body movements... siyempre, mas stiff ang Lynx, pero di naman magkalayo...
wildthing, i'll ride passenger. instant lowering yan.
i like the altis' ride as well. the interior looks nice...except the woodtrim. egh.aluminum na lang or CF.
