    R is now the first letter for every plate registered in Region 3, not just Subic. hehe, baka mapagkamalan mong Subic unit din itong Previa namin

    took some pics of this marvelous-looking car

    parang Fortuner nila dun ito ah, pinoporma pa.

    even in disney hollywood, eto ang airport/hotel taxi nila.

    sure-wished I had a chance to ride in one.

    Wow! I wonder how much its being sold here! If I'm not mistaken, in HK, it can go over 3.5M pesos for the top variant considering HK car prices are slightly cheaper than ours.

    I dunno if tayo lang naiiba but I notice that these "luxury" minivans are VERY popular throughout Far East Asia.

    I used to think of minivans as very boring (e.g. Dodge Caravan) but my perception has changed since seeing the Alphard, Previa, Estima, Elgrand, Stepwagon, Japan Odyssey, etc.

    yung ibang kasama ko sa trabaho, minsan hinahatid sila ng Landlord nila to office on an Alphard, swerte nga nila eh, ako 'di ko pa nasubukan sumakay...

    Kung tutuusin mas madali nga naman mag import ng Alphard sa Thailand kasi sa kaliwa sila nagmamaneho (di na kelangan mag convert). AFAIK, Alphards outside of Japan are all gray market imports.

    From what I know, Alphards used to be imported by Toyota HK.

    But yup, tama ka, even in RHD countries, most of their Alphards are sourced from grey importers

    i've seen some Alphard "Hybrid" (stick-ered on the van's sidings) here..dunno if it shares same drive operation concept as that of the Prius.. and seeing some car mags, the alphard is indeed way more expensive than the previa...

    Ganda nga talaga ito, sana lumabas siya dito. Parang innova sa dami nito sa HK, most of them naka full body kits pa, kaya tuwing may makikita akong naka park sa HK talagang nilalapitan ko pa and halos maglaway ako hehehe
