I heard sa speedyfix magaling daw at maayos gumawa? genuine t-belt at tensioner kaya gamit nila or replacement? Mga magkano kaya kelangan ko i-budget?

    Thanks!

with all due respect, if you don't know a timing belt from a hickok belt, i suggest sa casa na lang. at least doon, you're sure of original parts and quality of work. at may warranty pa.
timing belt replacement is one thing i would not scrimp on. unless you trust the mechanic with your life. because you would, in this case. at least, your car's life.

Madami pala papalitan hindi lang timing belt & tensioner bearing pati na din water pump, crank oil seal, cam oil seal, 3 other drive belts para isang bukasan na lang din daw all for php10k including labor.

    salamat.

when is the necessary time to replace or change the timing belt? does it differ if your car/vehicle is Gas or Diesel?

bro read your manual para malaman mo, but di naman halos nagkakalayo 75,000 to 90,000km. pero pinakamaganda basahin muna ang manual at naandoon ang mga kasagutan, hanap hanap lang wag puro tanong. peace bro

Just buy your t-belt from Toyota Shaw if you go to Speedyfix; if you can go to Banawe or to an auto supply, try looking the tensioner bearings with the Koyo brand as these are just the same as OEM. When you change your t-belt, have your water pump changed as well (get the GMB brand).
