resale value of innova? (12,000 KM mileage)

we're trying to sell our innova kasi, Variant G, 2.0 A/T Gas, 12,000KM mileage.

though either ways medyo mahal siya *789k, try to haggle. kung mga 730-750k pwede na yan as long as walang problema, hindi nabaha or whatever. di rin naman kasi siya V so masyado mataas if 780k is the last price.

actually yan ung binebenta namin haha. i was hesitating of making it any lower nga e kasi mababa pa ung mileage at ung nakikita kong ibang naka post dun around 750k din.

hesitate not. make it lower, but not too low. about 760k would seem alright. gaya nga ng sabi ko, its not TOTL to have that premium price. though it only ran 12k, hindi naman yan lang ang titignan ng tao, right ? iyong overall condition ang titignan ng buyer.

but if you're not in a hurry, then, sige stick with your 785k who knows baka may kumagat naman. just dont expect to have it sold within a month cause maraming innova dyan na pwede pagpilian.
