Doesn't Toyota get tax incentives for producing the Vios and Innova here? You gotta wonder why they would increase in prices --- unless the whole purpose is to increase their margins.

With regards to the Innova, nag-"expire" na yata kasi ang 'tax holiday' ng TMP for that vehicle. I'm not sure of the whole details, I can only remember I read about that on the web (* philstar.com I think)

If you're referring to the P70K discounts then no. It only applies to the pre-facelifted models. Those prices are already for the facelifted models most you can probably get is P20K...

Hmm.. feeling ko malupit na typo yan kasi malabong magka 1.8 V na pearl white since inuubos nalang yung 1.8 V. Pero shempre mas ok kung ganyan talaga ;-P
