niose vibrating from dashboard

hi i noticed when i rev at 3000rpm i hear a vibrating sound buzzing from the dash board panel. what could cause that noise? its annoying. thanks for your help!

Would you know if the dashboard has been removed before? Might be:

• Loose screws
• Missing screws (if has history of being removed)
• If some dash-related upgrades made (change headunit, install wang-wang, etc) might have some abubot hidden under/behind the dash that's causing the vibration)
