Hinda daw pamalit sa Cefiro yung Teana. It's smaller than the Cefiro daw but bigger than the Sentra. I think available na ang specs ng Teana over the web. I think it's been launched by Yulon Motors (who partly owns Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc.) in Taiwan.

umm.... Nissan Quest from Yulon? I also heard that Nissan Phil will be dropping the Serena and will replace it with the Quest.

I think UMC cannot bring in (as in import) Nissan vehicles. Their franchise is for the local manufacture of Nissan trucks, pick-ups & SUVs. UMC uses the services of Star Motors in Laguna TechnoPark to assemble the Frontier and the Patrol. Only NMPI can do the importing.

I thought ang hatian nila is NMPI ang bahalang magmarket ng cars, compact SUVs & minivans tapos sa UMC ang mga LCVs (pickups, vans & full size SUVs) regardless kung CKD o CBU sila? :confused:

Technically, it is NMPI who markets everything... Sila nag-aalaga sa dealership networks eh.

I think may CBU product ang UMC at yung Urvan Estate yun.panay nama luma na yung Estate eh(2003 pa yung ibang units).Yung Quest eh katapat ng Chrysler Town And Country(nasa 2M plus ang price).May Serena parin pero Taiwan na gawa.Binago narin pala yung Urvan Escapade(bago yung sticker,wala nang two tone paint,may side garnish ang tailights at panay new Nissan badges)
