hindi yata all new yan, same pa rin yung mga doors, although nawala yung mga lines sa doors.

mas gumanda na yung interior, especially yung dashboard.

It seems to be an all new body and not just a facelift since those prominent lines/curves on the front and rear fender area on the current Previa, which I really liked are now gone. No wonder the current Previa now has an instant discount of Php 35,000.

i really don't think its a new body. only the line along the doors were gone, but the curves of the doors are still the same. the roof, roof lines and the windows/glasses are all the same.

and hwag naman mag all new body agad, 2 years palang ang previa dito sa atin.

for me, the current previa like the current Rav4 still looks fresh.

rear seems like a fusion of the USDM Matrix, Grandis, Zinger with a bit of the current Previa. though the body looks the same. the interior seems a little less busy now.

The all new Estima will have a hybrid engine as the leadoff model (in Japan). While it may look the same from the pictures, they are different in many ways. The body lines are smoother. The materials used are made of lighter and recyclable materials. The interior has been re-done. Models will come out with automatic transmission only. There will be an AWD model.

It's not a facelift model. Saw the actual vehicle in Japan. Way beyond the current model in terms of specs and exterior.

After one-two months from its initial appearance during last December's Taiwan Motor Show (which is the first country to show the new model outside Japan), the new Previa/Estima has finally arrived.

With Taiwan being the first overseas export market in the world (or first country in the world outside Japan) to officially launch this new model to the public.

They already have this unit here. Top Gear just did a review of it for their April '06 issue. The Previa will be launched here in the coming months.
