I saw that too. Either we're too generous and forgiving, or that regulation is not auto-specific and/or does not scale up and down accordingly in relation to size/industry. Either way, meh. They'll chalk the penalty up to "cost of doing business".
Again, this makes me sad, because this is my closest Toyota Dealership.

Well. Thats toyota's problem to solve. If they were honest to begin with then wala sanang nag viral.
