    Good point. Everyone complains and not all of them are valid or relevant.

    Sa case na to, nasa kanya na ang proof na may kalokohang naganap.

    If the victim has enough evidence, why will you let this case drag on?

    Maybe they're hoping it will blow over and be forgotten. All it takes is a few weeks and maybe another news item that takes the spotlight away.

    As uls said, Filipinos have a short memory. People need to keep the pressure on.

    With only a penalty of 5,000 for operating as a 5 star repair center w/o accreditation... is that a joke?

    I saw that too. Either we're too generous and forgiving, or that regulation is not auto-specific and/or does not scale up and down accordingly in relation to size/industry. Either way, meh. They'll chalk the penalty up to "cost of doing business".

    Again, this makes me sad, because this is my closest Toyota Dealership.

    +1... about time. although I doubt it given the company's size and resources. I also heard that abscbn is one of the major shareholders of Toyota.

    Posted here a few pages back about my neighbor's bad experience with Toyota Alabang when they were still at their Concha Cruz office. My neighbor's Hilux got into an accident while being used by Toyota Alabang to ferry parts and supplies from Santa Rosa.

    Hopefully this would have more publicity and would force them to have better quality controls /monitoring for their service centers.

    Sana magka impact din sa sales / services nila para magising ang upper management.
    Good thing we haven't experienced this yet (or maybe we haven't caught them yet ) at toyota dasma.
