Too late for Mitsu... by the time their product comes out their competitors have eaten a big piece of the pie, look at Grandis and Montero Sport (pathetic sales figures).at least the guys from mitsu are keeping tabs on their competitors so that they can improve their products
Buying the units of competitors is a normal practice of car manufacturers...I myself have been to the Ford and Nissan plants in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. And, I've seen the units of other brands (with fresh conduction stickers) being scrutinized side-by-side against their units of the same class.
Of course, they need to buy the unit because some dismantling and destructive tests are, at times, required to see how competition or their units measures up.

Scouting strategy, maybe a purpose we will know later... Parehong hapon naman kasi may ari nyan kaya ok lang...if they come up for improvement the better for the motorist like us...nyahahaha
Mahina kasi mitsubishi e.
Good Luck! Mitsubishi
Well you can't really compare the Innova and Grandis because they cater to different markets. The Grandis is very high end compared to the innova. Have you driven both cars?Originally Posted by Dinxx
There's also a big different in the quality of materials inside which makes the Grandis much more expensive and siyempre sa outer looks na din with those LED lights and slightly bigger wheels.
But still, mas ok pa rin.
Maybe Mitsubishi Phils. Executives planning to close down Mitsubishi here ang try to acquire dealership ng Toyota nalang. HAHAHA.
After buying it, Mitsu execs will name their new creation: ADVENNOVA or INNOVENTURE :flush:
