First of all Happy New Year to everyone!
Our new Innova (got before Xmas 2009) has a lighter shade on front bumper than its body color(Jade Green). Just this new year we noticed that only on one side matches correctly but not on other side. Casa has told us that they are going to repaint it for 3 weeks. Damn! How did it passed on quality control. Could we insist of new front bumper installation instead of just repainting? I'm afraid that sooner or later its color would fade again. Pls. help. tnx.
that is what we are thinking, it might got into an accident(mishap) and they had it repainted(touch up) at CASA. AFAIK, some of their new units are being delivered from Sta. Rosa plant to CASAs usually in convoy not on safer carriers. Besides, it won't be released/delivered from Sta. Rosa plant without thorough quality control. Anyone who had repainted theirs at CASA regardless whether it is still on warranty or not? BTW, we got our unit(Innova E - jade green) just less than two weeks ago. What would be the repainting warranty per se? Please help...
Almost all color variant, nag-iiba ang shade ng bumper dahil black plastic ang bumper at manipis ang pintura. Konting gasgas lang lilitaw agad yung black plastic.
We have all variants in the office at pansin ko iba talaga ang shade ng bumper when viewed at a certain angle and lighting.
Sa TS, kung sinabi ng casa na they would do repaint, baka nga they see some defects and since wala pa namang registration plates yung car mo, let it stay muna sa casa or tell them to remove just the bumper due for repainting and you keep the car with you.
