a few months from now, aabot na sa more than 2.5M ang brand new GU Patrol. so, tataas din kaya ang resale value?

Huhuhu...

Otep is right, mas maganda kung marunong ka sa kotse, there a lot of things to consider din in getting a converted suv.

actually yung difference sa converted and orig are the small details w/c you usually take for granted sa local cars, these little things will grow on you if you don't accept them as they are (parang babae yung pinag-uusapan natin dito ah...)

like for example the a/c, sa tingin mo mukhang orig but check out the controls, yung setting for defrost, foot vent, heater, doesn't work anymore.

as for the steering components, you can either reinforce the convertion or change to prig LHD parts

But if you can live with these, you get a loaded vehicle w/ a bunch of stuff w/c local ones doesn't have, & your getting it at a much lower price.

Pero mahal sila kahit as used cars. Mas mahal pa sa local of the same age and condition.

IMO ok lang yun converted. Just bring a trusted mechanic to check on parts na important. Siguro, much better if you would try to learn more dun sa sasakyan na trip mo.
