If you go gray market, you can get Mid-East spec LC120's. My ex had a Mid-East LC90. 3400 V6, fulltime 4wd, winch, dual tanks, the works talaga. :D

Sa pagkakaalam ko about LC90 series, VX variants had V6 EFI engines as standard, all leather and power ameneties. Yung GX variant may 4cyl carburated & 1KZ 4pot diesel engine, limited power options and cloth interiors.

wag ka order sa toyota, mahal sobra, it's better to go to grey importers since u pay same or cheaper but get the top of the line or more amenities than the ones toyota brings in. only advantage is that they will service your unit at a cheaper price, taga ka naman sobra sa unit price ng car.

there was an LC100 Dubai version w/ the dual tanks and whatnot selling to us for 3.5M w/ 30k kms kaya lng ayaw ni utol. if u can find a fresh LC100, low mileage n same version that would be a good alternative.

i can only speak for the diesel (1KZ-TE) toyota prado (LC120), not sure about the gas. anyway, for what it's worth, from my heavy-footed usage, consumption on the prado is 6-7 Km/L mixed city and highway. on my old (1999) 4x4 expedition xlt, i averaged about 3-4 Km/L mixed city and highway.

let me rephrase my question na lang, considering all the factors(same driving skills). Which vehicle do you think is more powerful the prado 3.0 diesel or the gen3 did? Sorry for the stupid question. :P

in terms of 4cylinder diesel, the 4m41 still is the class leading 4 cylinder diesel direct injection engine out there. but all the others are catching up na. d4d of toyota for one will overtake it for sure once toyota modifies more.
