I find The ride very stiff Compared to my other LC200 Dubai. What do I do?

Change the shocks? To what kind?

Over expansion joints and road imperfections the ride is very stiff.

The tire and wheel change somehow fixed the stiff ride. I don't know how or why but it's much better. No need to change shocks. Me and my driver noticed the change immediately. Whew.

The power difference between the new LC200 and my 2014 Dubai version is noticeable (considering I already have a unichip and alcohol injection in the older unit). My friend who also has a non modified 2015 LC200 tried the new one and he also commented on the power delivery and increase.

Am glad it finally has a rear center armrest hehe.

The info screen is also a welcome addition to the bare Dubai version display.

The AVT isn't half bad afterall but no matter what I do, I can't get it to do random play for USB files. Even if I press the random button. That's the deal breaker. And steering wheel track buttons don't work on Bluetooth mode. So researching for a suitable replacement.

aliexpress is the answer my friend. Just push through with your plan of installing an Android headunit to your new LC200

Computer readout for FC is 4.6 km/liter bumper to bumper daily edsa commute. Thats over one full tank. It has a much smaller gas tank than the dubai version 90l vs 130l so the range is much less also.

Aircon is 4 zone climate control so thats nice. Power from the 286hp engine is really awesome. I drove it back to back with the dubai version. Same road. Ang layo talaga.

Yes it has KDSS. Works wonders in off roading. The ECT really works as it reprograms the shift points and the accelerator sensitivity/throttle controller . And after I chipped it......it's even more magnified.

you have the best chance of surviving the apocalypse because you have one of these beasts. as far as i know, you are the only one who has two LCs here. but, i'm thinking, if all else perish, wala ka ng katsikot dito. life must be boring. 😀 ✌

ECT 2nd is used if you're stuck in mud or sand. Less brutal throttle and it starts in 2nd gear instead of 1st.

I used a pioneer 8750bt head unit. I have an android Quadcore in my other LC200. Am happy with the pioneer

Anyone here who has a guideline or copy of the periodic maintenance for our Toyota LC200? Ours is already about 30,000 kilometers and I haven't done any maintenance yet besides the usual 5,000 km change oil.
Bought it from an importer so I don't have a service booklet from Toyota. I'll just have my suking talyer do the necessary maintenance. Thanks!

Though of asking this question in here:

How's the ownership experience of a Toyota Sequoia, 4.7 V8 Gas, 2007? Similar to an LC of same year vintage?

    Pro's / Con's

    TIA.

Engine parts should be available from the Toyota shops given the shared engine with the gasoline 100 series LC. Problem may be suspension and body parts.
