If the 2.8li diesel is the only engine option for our region this is going to be expensive. Parang Prado lang, the 4.0li gas is like P1M cheaper coz of JPEPA.

Toyota ph might want to consider having the 2.4li petrol hybrid for the 50% discount on taxes. It might end up with a landed cost less than that of the 2.8li diesel.

yung local Toyota version na 2.8li diesel ay parang Prado nga lang. same with the Fortuner engine?

Hehe.

Did some digging for a bud on PNs needed...It's a long, painful list + shipping.🤣
Wish the flares were the rugged unpainted like on the LC250s in the NA market.

Wow ganun. Hindi pala simple na 2-4 parts trim iyan. Marami pa sigurong brackets at clips.

Sharing here a partial list for those interested besides the grille & the round headlamps(available from Japanese vendors):

Front end conversion to First Edition(still to really be verified as Toyota dealerships have yet to update their parts database w/ reference pix & diagrams)

52411-60250 Front Bumper Lower Valance panel
52115-60901 Front Bumper End Cap (paint reqd.)
52116-60901 Front Bumper End Cap (paint read.)
    53101-60P40 Grill Assy
89348-60180 Retainer for parking sensor x2
Note: New parking sensors matched to body color. Part number is color code-dependent.
New sensors will require calibration with GTS Plus, failure to do so will result in loss of parking sensors and other safety sense features.

Another long list for the wheel arches & body moldings. Tsk tsk tsk....Good thing those who can afford the vehicle can easily be lured towards the makeover. As observed everywhere, many put vanity above necessity.🤣

Or... ito na lang sana. UN edition. Hehe.
Parang iyong 4x4 version ng fleet pickups.

Basic version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado

Or mag import ng China/Taiwan na hybrid version.

For the Front bumper end caps, is this the part number that is same with the ones in US or Dubai where it doesn't need to be painted?
