December 7th, 2009 04:05 PM #1Guys, ingat kayo with the Toyota Dealership -sa may C5 (near Ortigas), sobrang bad trip doon!!! Magpa-estimate ka lang ng konting repaint job sa bumper, magchacharge pa sila ng Php250 estimate fee. Sobrang kalokohan! Sa Toyota na nga kinuha yung Fortuner, sa knaila din yung insurance, then sa konting magpa-estimate may charge pa na Php250!!!! Buluk talaga! Yung Mitsu and Nissan hindi naman nagchacharge kung magpa-estimate ka lang.........Ganyan pala ang Toyota????? May kabulukan yung after sales service..... nila.......Kung alam ko lang na ganito pala ang Toyota, dapat Isuzu Alterra na lang kinuha namin....hayz..... We desreve better treatment from Toyota.....

di ko na gets bakit ka reklamo sa 250pesos, lahat ng toyota casa ganyan naman 10yrs na..
1st time nyo siguro po magka-toyota..
one MAIN reason kung bakit sila singil ng 250 eh para hindi sila ma-abuso ng ibang car owner/insurance na nagpapa-estimate at hindi naman papagawa sa kanila..
pero kung sa kanila mo papagawa, i-credit back nila 250 sa iyo po..

yup.. pag sa kanila ka papagawa.. waived ang estimate fee.. normal lang yun.. yung iba kasi pa estimate lang nang pa estimate.. nauubos lang oras nila pag e estimate hindi naman pinapagawa don... kung gusto mo free estimate.. sa banawe madami nyan

I agree, usually you need to approach them with the intent na sa kanila mo ipapasok ang repair, mention the insurance company and they provide you the estimate sheet, usually free (on my case), no hassle what so ever.

Ganyan din sa mga Electronics Service Center. Meron silang tinatawag na DIAGNOSIS FEE. Kung iisipin mo, titingnan lang nila kung ano ang sira, may bayad na. Syempre, hindi ka naman makakapag-bigay ng cost estimate kung hindi mo na-e-examine kung ano ang sira.
Once na pinagawa mo sa kanila yung appliances mo, i-su-subtract nila yung diagnosis fee dun sa total cost of repairs. Normally, yung diagnosis fee yun na rin yung labor charge.
Anyway, binanggit ko lang yung comparison with Electronics Service Center.

sa Honda nga P500 eh, but kung sa kanila mo nga ipapagawa naman ibabawas na nila yun P500 sa total bill mo, but if you close to your SA, pwede nila actually huwag na mag charge ng estimate fee...
and walang fee pag in house ang insurance.
Choice I would have made as well.:nod:
