how to know if the car i will purchase is a hot car?

mga bro paano ko malalaman kung stolen or hot car yung sasakyan na bibilhin ko? because i verified it sa LTO via text but the reply is no record found......what can i do to verify mga bro? sino pwede tawagan? thanks in advance mga bro

Get a TMG clearance to make sure that the vehicle is not stolen or hot car . Camp karingal was the last time i bring my car to check if the vehicle has a clean registration document.

ipa PC clearance mo muna sa LTO. or use this (but not 100% accurate) LTO<>VEHICLE<>plate number

like this:

LTO VEHICLE NOY111 send to 2600

It is an LTO inquiry thru text.

sir.. gumagana pa yan.. unfortunately during office hours nga lang.. pati application jologs basta government agencies..

also, make sure na text mo ay lahat capital letter.. sinubukan ko dati na small letters hindi gumana.. jologs talaga.. hehehe..

btw.. the best way to make sure na hindi hot car yung bibilhin mong second hand na kotse ay hingi ka ng copy ng or/cr sa seller then verify mo sa LTO at TMG/Highway Patrol..

Siguraduhin mo na ung registered address ay duon talaga nakatira ung vehicle owner, personally i prefer paying using managers check, iwas sa pagdala ng cash
