Stumbled upon this step by step guide to installing fogs on a USDM Yaris hatch. Could be applicable to PhDM models. They made the fog indicator light up on the console

^That may be applicable to the local Vios kasi identical yung mga parts ng car na nasa pics (since Yaris sedan naman ang Vios anyway). Kaso I didn't get the part kung paano papailawin yung sa Foglamp indicator. Noob talaga ako pagdating sa electricals.

May part dun na sinaksak nila ang switch wire to a connector under the steering wheel. Ang fog relay naman connected to another connector sa engine compartment fusebox. So in essence stock wiring ang ginagamit to turn on the fogs instead of routing another wire from the switch through the firewall to the relay (like what I did on my Lancer). Somewhere in between dumadaan ang signal sa console lighting up the fog indicator.

Pero wala silang ni-connect sa console ano? Mukhang somewhere in between nga, automatic na nakukuha ng console yung signal therefore lighting up the indicator.

I just called the casa, sobrang mahal pala ng oem relay pang foglamp. P2459. Kalokohan kasing presyo na ng fogs mismo.
