    re the overheating problem: baka naman na disconnect lang ung AUX fan power during troubleshooting, then di lang naibalik ng mechanic?

    All the same, sloppy work by the casa pa rin.

    mahirap yan kasi nag overheat na altho you can use it pag naayos nila. pero to think kaya nga bumili ng brand new para problem-free.

    kaya ako never na ko pa-casa.. tinatawag ko na lang mga mech nila..

    i've learned my lesson early on.. i had a car serviced by the dealership-- nun bumalik sakin pati hinge ng hood iba na color!

    Sir we all hope for the best para sa case niyo..Unfair ang ginawang yan sa inyo, customer kayo and you deserve the best of their service. Unfortunately, wala sa vocabulary ng karamihan ng mga casa yun.. Ipa-media niyo yan sir pag nagmatigas pa rin sila.. Update us po as you go along with your case

    wag kasi kayo masyado papabola sa mga SA sa casa.. karamihan dyan bobo sa sasakyan.. hindi na ata certified mga mechanic nila eh.. dapat yan may global competency at nag training sa mismong toyota..

    better you always know what to inspect sa car at least hindi ka maloloko.. minsan masyado tayo excited at na overlook natin yung mga defects..

    nakausap ko agent ko to ask the status of my request to replace a brand new unit. still waiting pa daw para sa report ng service, my SA also told me na nasabi daw sa kanya ng service na malaki sana daw ang chance na palitan ang unit kung nde lang daw sana sumabit ang bumper ko upon pagpasok sa mismong gate ng TQA, so lumalabas na 2nd hand na daw ang unit bcoz of the incident. that time kasi walang available daw na driver ng casa kaya ako nagpasok, at the first place di ko naman dadalhin yung auto dun kung walang problema, but this is not yet the final decision from their top mgt. still have to wait 'til tom do you think this is justifiable mga sir?

    di ba meron silang car jockeys na dapat nag drive ng mga oto in and out of the casa? kung wala silang ganon or walang available, di mo kasalanan yon.

    good luck na lang sa sitwasyon mo, sana nga mapalitan yung unit mo. idiin mo na lang na in the first place hindi dapat ikaw yung nagpasok ng oto sa service bay.
    tungkol dun sa pagpapa-media, IMO wag muna. naalala ko yung isang case din dito na nagmatigas na yung car company kasi nailabas na daw sa media. just play it wise and easy, diplomacy muna.

    kulitin mo sila ng kulitin para palitan nila yung unit mo pare.
