hard bumber for 2003 PRADO GX

Hi Guys,

I have a friend who wants to replace his front bumper with a hard front bumper. Me nakita daw sya na nakakabit sa Nissan Patrol, black color na parang metal pero sabi nung me ari ay inorder pa daw nya sa Internet yung bumper na yun (around 30K daw) ... tapos me initial daw na R yung starting letter yung tatak ng bumper (he can't remember na eh).

Madalas daw kasi matagis yung bumper nya (kaya madami ng gasgas), kaya gusto nya eh yung matigas para matibay at nagandahan din sya sa porma. San po kaya pwedeng makahanap ng bumper na ganon? para po sa 2003 PRADO GX (gas engine).

Or TJM brand, btw, those are not called hard metal bumpers. They're just simply called steel winch bumpers.

Masyadong mabigat ang metal bumpers. Stocks suspension will definitely sag an inch lower after installation. Nabalitaan ko merong gumagawa locally sa Pampanga area, not sure about their workmanship though.

in the event of a head-one collision (say around 60kph), what would happen to your vehicle if it was installed with that kind of bumper?

would your vehicle take minimal damage?

Pero mukang di naman sya talaga solid na metal eh... para bang tingin mo lang ay solid pero magaan sya.

Parang ganyan nga yata yun ah.... nakita kasi nya nakakabit sa Gray color na Nissan patrol. Di kaya ikaw yun? Di ko masyado makita ng malinaw yung avatar mo eh... pero from the looks of it.. parang ganyan nga.... San po ba yung location ng RATS?

Di po yata ganyan... naka curve kasi yun na hulmang hulma dun body eh... saka ang ganda ng texture ng pagkakagawa.

Maganda yung TJM bumper for the LC120 Prado.

Nagiiba ang price depende sa exchange rate. Around Php30K perhaps?
