flooded 2007 altis queries

hi guys!

still kinda new to this forum and i have a few questions regarding my altis that was flooded by ondoy. i have decided to outsource mechanics nalang and get it fixed here in my house to cut down on cost of repairs. yesterday, i attempted to start the car and see if it will. luckily it did but white smoke was coming out of the exhaust.

1. does that mean that my ecu is ok?am i out of the woods already with this?or should i still get it cleaned or something?

2. i know i should drain all fluids eg. motor oil, radiator, transmission and even get the gas tank cleaned. did i miss anything pa?

3. as for the electrical wirings/system aside from the ecu, what else should i check on?

4. what would be the best cleaning solution for the carpet and seats?

5. have i missed anything else that needs attention?
