Then forward mo sa toyota philippines.

    Mabilis sila sumagot sa complaints

Wow. That's very unprofessional for Toyota Pasong Tamo.

    1. They could have just declined the unit when it was submitted to them.
    2. They could have contacted you to let you know of the case.
    3. They could have contacted Toyota Fairview/Insurance to have it transferred.

Wasting your time was the biggest fault they have caused you.

How to document that? I dont think they are that stupid to give us any document that will incriminate them.

Yeah they should have told us right away before they accepted the unit.

They did not call or inform us in anyway. We just went there to visit the unit to know the status but to our disappointment..... it was just a waste of time.

Everything was ok with the insurance and we were informed by our SA that she called Pasong Tamo. Pasong Tamo confirmed to her that the unit is already in their shop for repair but it was all lie. They made us and the SA believed that everything is going fine.

Not only the two weeks but bringing the unit and pulling it out there is a total waste of time and money.

Had problems with Pasong Tamo branch years ago. I live in Makati and I take our Toyotas to Toyota Pasig.
Avoid Toyota BGC too as its the same owner. Macapagals

    No need for written proof.

Just go to complaints/ customer care dept. Tell them what happened. You're the customer, your word should be good enough. Sila na bahala niyan.

Yan din mahirap pag dami benta, last year 90000+ nabenta, ngaun sabi ng Toyota na hapon prez they aim to sell 120k daw

Parang Yellow regime, puros post ng growth pero nadale tayo ngaun sa traffic and congretion coz of no logistics and infrastructure to handle the surge pf motorists

insurance nga naman, in a country where consumer protection is weak and the law is completely optional is that you got to think ahead...

Mismo.. had a bad experience na kinahuyan yung kotse ko but that was with Diamond Q. Ave.. gusto ko hampasin ng early warning device yung SA pero i just kept my cool.

Better check muna yung car bago ilabas.

ako i dont trust toyota alabang branch, manloloko yung mga yun.

meron kami dati issue with our altis na hard start siya and they say na fuel pump, ilan beses nila pinalitan ang fuel pump and binayaran namin lahat yun, di nila nagawa. pero nun pinagawa in the talyer sa tabi, they replaced the fuel pump again, tapos binigay sakin yung lumang pump. hindi na nag hard start pagkatapos...

hindi kaya they were just saying that they replaced the fuel pump, they replaced the fuel pump, pero hindi naman pala talaga pinalitan?

also, nagka-brake issues ako noon sa altis namin, maingay at nag shake yung brake pedal. pinalitan nila lahat: master cylinder, front rotor, brake pad, brake booster something yata... tapos isa pa, i forgot what its called.
knowing a bit better, i asked for the old parts for proof na pinalitan nila... kaso nga lang after a few days bumalik nanaman yung brake pedal issue. nun pinacheck ulit sa talyer, inadjust yung preno sa likod, tapos wala na! di naman pala sira in the first place yung mga pinagpapalit nila...

    Why wouldn't I?

If I trusted them enough that I got my car from them, with more reason that I would trust them to take good care of it.

At the very least, if they bungled up their job, I know who to run after and where to go, not somebody who would just say: "Sorry, boss, di ko sinasadya."

And I think I am not that gullible that they could easily rip me off.

Not all. Pero majority

You'll never know kung may pinalitan silang parts sa kotse mo. Kung sayo ay 75% of its usage. Mga 50% ipapalit sayo. So pano mo malalaman?

Let's just give it to them. It isn't an arm or a leg.
But, honestly, if push comes to shove, let us just say it pays to know the names of their dogs and where their children go to school.

Question guys, if you dont have pms done sa casa anymore, do the gas stations or Serviteks as some of you go to carry items that are as good as toyota products? i.e. oil filters for change oil; or sparkplugs.. no need to use toyota original? etc. *user manual says to use original to avoid problems
