Trust their integrity?
Trust their competence?
Trust is priceless.
Trust is fragile and volatile.
Trust is something you don't betray.

You can claim warranty kahit sa ibang dealer. Since all dealers are under TMP.
If i trust them? YES.
Benefit of the doubt.
Siguro hindi naman nila deliberately sisirain pangalan nila by doing wrong practices.

our hilux was released at toyota shaw. brought it to pasig for the 500km PMS cause i found parking space at shaw was so scarce kahit yung service area nila napakasikip. i trust toyota pasig kasi doon kami nag PMS since we have the corolla during the 90's pa(it was toyota pasig/shaw then). then toyota taytay came opened just in time when i was due for the 1K and 5K PMS and let it done there respectively.
ok naman sa taytay somewhat i have observed both facilities and service. my service adviser told that most of the service crew came from pasig, 10mins drive lang pati ang toyota taytay from home.
i was close to 10K and it would be taytay na for the rest of my PMS. or until the warranty expires perhaps.

For me casa pa rin ako over sa gasoline station . Even my 7 years old fortuner casa maintained pa rin. Kung tutusin pwede ko ng sa i-out sa casa kasi wala naman maintenance halos ang vvt-i engine, so far so good naman ang toyota sa area namin and Beside Mas kabisado kasi ng Casa ang pag papalit ng pyesa especially sa ATf, breaks, etch.. Sariling product nila Just my cent.

April 5th, 2015 05:35 AM #5Outside casa na ako. Ayaw ko sa casa is yung mga pyesa or consumables nila were priced too damn high.

After the warranty, malamang sa gas station na because I want to try a particular oil brand. Not because I don't trust the casa but because it is too expensive. I have been lucky with them so far. Major repairs I'd most likely have them do it but routine maintenance sa stasyon na lang malamang. May checklist per thousand km naman ako.

I lost my trust sa casa when they try to lure mo in replacing my underchassis parts which is only a month old.. And to think, hinde yun ang initial complain ko..
My suking mekaniko in the gas station can spot problems na naooverlook ng casa sa "routine" pms nila..
Or atleast dun sa casa where we've been purchasing our cars for the last 20years..
Viola better service at a fraction of a cost..

So, now, folks, would you try the justly priced qualified service? Would you still take the "cheapest" estimates? Would you be willing to go to a shop who does not only correct the car's issues but the "car and driver's" issues? Or go to your cheapest neighborhood "mechanic" or talyer? Kung kalesa yan, pwede na sa talyer

April 5th, 2015 02:36 PM #10if car owner does not know anything about cars, what choice does he have? believe the people who are allegedly trained to fix and maintain his car? or believe the other choices?
but if owner is comfortable around car maintenance... some of them do it themselves. some of them hire out hands to do the dirty jobs under their watchful eyes. some of them have friends that they trust...
Personally, I'd sooner keep a donut spare tire in the trunk than use a tire sealant. Trust me. I...
Liquid tire sealant
