Eh every year ka bumibili ng brand new car ah. :D

But yeah, with us it's more or less the same practice. After a year or two, bye-bye CASA. Even at the CASA I used to bring my own lubes and filters but not all allow such practices.

based on personal experience, no, i generally don't and haven't trusted them for a while now. . .
"warranty" is their way of holding us in the balls to keep us paying the expensive parts and labor

to share a recent recommendation to a colleague of mine from her service agent, "ma'm, hindi po tama yung size ng hose nyo, kailangan nyo pong magpalit ng radiator". . .i'm not making that up

however, i am likely to avail of mazda's yojin3 with my latest car purchase and force me to eat my own words. . .parts and labor are free, what can i do? . . .i hope my opinion of them changes with this circumstance

No. they charged me labor on brake cleaning. thing is, they claim that they removed the wheel without removing thr hub caps... naka cable tie kasi hub caps ko, red, yellow and green ang colors.

iba pa yan dun sa pinalitan "daw" ng oil filter and they put the same mark (name) that i put on the old filter.

for now, as soon as the suspension arms are replaced, no more casa for the new car.

You decide if you want to take the risk. Most of the posters here say that they get out of the casa after a year or so. I did so too, observe lang muna kung may sablay sa makina for 1 year, then if none bye bye casa.

Why not? Libre naman yung labor sa first 1K and 5K; you just spend for the oil and oil filter really.

He found out na hindi ginawa yung rotate at di pinalitan yung oil filter even though he paid for it.

Pero both maintenance service nila satisfied ako. Car wash lang talaga lagi sablay.

I used to bring my car to the casa for PMS, but not anymore after reading a lot of horror stories about casas. We have an in house mechanic in the office who used to apprentice in an Isuzu and Ford casa, kwento nya kung gaano ka talamak ang "pitik" ng ayos na parts then papalitan ng sira para ipakita sa customer na may sira nga, then the customer will be charged for parts pero ibabalik lang din yung dating ayos na parts.

Subaru has a viewing deck with glass walls that will let you watch the whole time the car is being serviced. They will also allow you access to the service area if you want to stay beside the car all the time. Not sure if this is something different from other casas but I would just like to share.
