coolant (color/brand)suggestion for a 1991 corolla

Gud day Gurus! andito po ako uli para magtanong, just found out a while ago that the drain plug on my small body rolla is leaking.kahit anung tighten ko na...mayron pa din, I guess due to age bumigay na ung o-ring ng drain plug. I'll be draining it mamya gabi kaya't I'd like to ask you what's the best coolant na pwede ilagay sa ganun katanda na car.you may be surprised when i'll tell na when i bought the car a couple of months ago, tubig lang ang naka karga.ayoko kasi biglain lagyan kagad ng coolant kasi I had an experience on the ride of my mother, A 98 pride nun binili namin, tubig lang din ang nakalagay, so we put prestone (green) coolant.to my surprise, bumigay yun water pump.when the mechanic changed it, madaming rust particles na nakita na nakabara.malamang nabuhay raw nun nilagyan namin kagad ng prestone coolant, matapang kasi yun.Kaya ngayon I am very careful, distilled water ang nilagay ko muna until I've consulted the forum muna.Any inputs will be greatly appreciated thank!

nagkataon lang na pa bigay na ang parts niyo nang maglagay kayo ng coolant, coolant can be use 50/50, 75/25 ratio, at ang purpose niya ay to increase ang water boiling point and lubrications ng mga seals.

Thanks Sir Raine. Oo nga baka nagkataon lang.So I guess kahit anong brand or kulay ng coolant ay pwede. and yes I' aware of the 50/50 mix, I'll pre-mix it na in a bucket para sigurado. Salamat po!

mga sir ano maganda na coolant para sa toyota corolla xe 1992 model...? ever since kasi tubig lang nakalagay dito at di pa mineral... parang may leak din kasi yung drain plug nung akin..kaya lagi ako dagdag sa reservoir niya.. pero di naman ako nagooverheat ever since kahit heavy traffic at tindi ng init sabay AC.. kaya iniisip ko baka pagmaglagay ako ng coolant ay hindi kaya bigla may mabago sa kanya..?or mas maganda ipa linis ko muna yung radiator ko before ako mag switch na to coolant...?maraming salamat po mga sirs

for my toyota corolla and chevy optra, i use toyota coolant, yung red. Mix it with water at 50:50 ratio

Good day! Okay lang ba gumamit ng improvised coolant reservoir, like ipapagaya sa latero pero made in stainless? thanks in advance!
