If you guys in my situation and you got 40k to spend on your ride what would you do?

Ride: Corolla smallbody All stock (non-power window, non-power locks and non-power steering)

Engine: Stock engine

Objective: To make all non-power to all power including alarm system also to change my engine from carb type to EFI engine.
Is my 40k + the amount they will less for my engine enough to get this done?
