you can suggest other than bosch. May nakita akong bosch hi-pressure fuel pump kanina sa isang auto shop and it was being sold for 8,000.00 (bnew), ano kaya ibang brand na mas mura. Kelangan external type rin sana.

para sa 4age redtop. binili ng pinsan ko old 4age ko na ni-retire ko (see my other post). nung tinesting namin yung pump hit or miss ang higop. minsan may higop minsan wala. we found a mercedes auto parts pero ang mahal ng bosch pumps. ayaw nya mag convert ng tank with submersible fuel pump. any suggestions?

EFI ba yan? dapat in tank pag efi di ba? Meron minimum working pressure ang EFI

Gamit ko sa webber ko dati, mitsuba electric fuel pump, nasa 3k ngayon. Piston type yun, mas mataas ang working pressure.

Meron mura, mitsubishi (kuno) na electric diapragm type. nasa 1k lang ata.

yes, this red top is efi. nang mabili ko itong ae92 naka bosch fuel pump na ito ever since, externally mounted in the engine bay. this is the 2nd bosch pump for the engine. itong 2nd i bought it old for 1,000, its about 3months old. it seems sirain na rin ata. we have done a research a bit on mitsuba fuel pumps and just found out that mitsubas are not designed for efi engines, only carbureted. now, any fuel pump na diaphragm type are for carbureted engines only (from what i know but correct me if i am wrong ) . they dont generate enough pressure for efi. by the way dito sa amin mitsubas are just about 2500.00 (bnew). yung intank type (submersible type w/out bracket) is about 1,400 (bnew). yung surplus with bracket is about 2000.00. kaso we have not found any toyota type intank type with bracket. halos for kia and mitsu only. mas interested pinsan ko to just mount a similar pump to bosch para salpakan na lang, less work.

so if anybody has ideas we would appreciate it.
