best toyota service station

just curious, where do you bring your toyotas to be serviced? i'll be bringing in my corolla 02 for 30k check up. i used to be a loyal customer of toyota belair but had a bit of a bad experience with them, so i don't know where to go now? and if you suggest not to bring my car to a casa, where?

OT: share mo naman ang bad exp mo sa Bel-Air. Kasi last time dun ako nagpagawa 100TKm. Chg oil and tune up lang. Yun kasi ang malapit.

they mis-diagnosed my corona. they made me change parts that were supposedly the culrit for my car's lack of power. ayun pala my muffler was broken lang. i ended up spending 20k that didn't fix my problem. hassle.

anyway, any feedback on toyota pasong tamo or toyota quezon ave? please let me know. thanks!

I would vouch for toyota pasong tamo's great service and excellent customer care system, I think that the only down side is the customer's waiting time

kainis nga yan' toyota pasong tamo, may appointment na 'ko tagal ko pa rin naghintay. next time try ko toyota alabang.

muntik na rin ako ma-goyo dyan sa toyota makati..
meron lang konting cracking noise NEAR the rear aircon at gusto na ibaba yung aircon and bayad ako mga 1200 for freon kahit under warranty, di ako pumayag dahil alam ko na yung mga plastic part at yung headliner lang ang nagko-cause ng noise..

bad experience ako sa toyota manila bay, 55T km PMS lang ako dun tapos puro water mark na di matanggal naiwan sa hood at roof.. kealngan pa i-wax..

sa toyota balintawak north, taga sila sa mga PMS nila dahil dami nila add na ka-ek-ekan...

Is Toyota Alabang OK? im planning to purchase a car by the end of the month....ok kaya dun??? nakakadala kasi when i had my corolla from shaw may logo nang tau gamma phi sa flooring nung car sa likod ilalim back seat. grabe sila kung mang baboy auto....

I'll vouch for Toyota BGC as a good service station. They are very responsive in terms of inquiries and follow-ups. One of the fastest turn-arounds too.

Not very good but not too bad... Manila Bay. Their turn around is a little bit too long. Express maintenance is 90 mins not their promised 60 mins service.

Worst... Pasong Tamo comes to mind. Sobrang gulo ng service reception for maintenance and ang tagal magbigay ng quotation for repair to think repaint and clip replacement lang naman dapat ang gagawin.

I'll attest to the service of Toyota Pasong Tamo. They do an excellent job, plus the Service Advisors remember every single thing they worked on on your car. I've been bringing my Corolla there for the past 3 years. Downside for me lang is really the waiting time, kahit by appointment.
Siguro they really service a lot of cars. But, I don't mind as long as they don't botch up any job done on my car.

for me, although i have never been to any other toyota casa, kahit na taga malate kami, sa toyota commonwealth kami bumili at nagpapaservice... wala akong reklamo, may C! magazine pa doon while waiting hehe.. malaki pa lugar, malawak

Toyoto otis for me is ok kc malapit and they have improve their billing time, di gaya ng dati sobrang tagal at least 20-30mins. after your car is done bago lalabas ang bill.Be careful thou on some of their service crew medyo tamad pg di mo binantayan, they do actually skip some of the service check-up like checking the idling, cleaning of spark-plugs etc. kung dko pa sinabi di na nila gagawin! with the fact that it is included in your bill kainis! another experience i have is when i have them service my car for 30k check-up plus change oil/filter d ko na pinalinis brakes ko. pglabas ng bill pucha meron pang kasamang sand paper, rags, etc. miscelleneous eh la naman ako nakita ginamit na sand paper etc. basta chinek-up lang tapos! then sabi ng service adviser sinand paper daw yung oil filter para maganda ang fit! bull ****! i usually go there in the after noon aroung 1-1:30 la na masyado ngpapaservice madalas pagpunta ko my slot agad ako.
