Thanks all. Did my 1K and 5K at Toyota Manila Bay. Fast service (3-4 hours) and no problems.
3 to 4 hours is not fast.. I always avail of the Express Service at Toyota Shaw Blvd, 1 to 1.5 hours lang tapos na..
there is no such thing as "best place" ....swertihan po kung okay yung Service Advisor at yung mechanic na hahawak po ng kotse nyo
....try toyota makati or toyota bicutan...these are dealers owned directly by TMPI...difficult to solve or unusual problems are usually referred to their Japanese consultants at Toyota plant in Sta. Rosa...
Toyota Cubao sucks big time. Had my revo serviced there due to Ondoy...Try to go to other Toyota. I regularly have mine serviced at Toyota Marikina, due to convenience since I m five minutes away. Service wise, they are ok, but definitely better that Cubao, even though they are under one group (Metrobank).
wala bang maganda na toyota na pwede magpaservice?
daming hindi magagandang feedbacks kahit saan. iba iba pala may ari ng toyota dealers?
or group sila parang Honda? ayala and yuchengco?
Walang casa na perfect. Even if you look for feedback on casas of other car brands, marami ring negative comments.
I googled and found this topic.
From the looks of what I've read (3 threads)..
There is absolutely no "best" toyota casa. Almost all have both positive and negative feedbacks.
With this, im going back to Toyota Shaw-Ortigas.
toyota bicutan is okay. no issues whatsoever. bait ng mga tao sa service desk. na late ako ng 1.5 hours and almost six na, inaccomodate pa nila ako and they even let me watch the work. may wifi din and big screen tv and juice.
Maganda trabaho diyan sir, likewise pwede mo panoorin habang inaayos nila. Maganda rin Body and Paint nila, halimbawa nag pa pintura ka tapos panget yung paint job, uulitin talaga nila ng buo.
Same owner lang ang Toyota Shaw at Toyota Pasig![]()
Had my 1k PMS at Toyota Makati. Service was mostly ok - made sure to discuss the details with the service advisor, and had them remove the car wash and vacuum from the charges (also posted signs telling them not to wash or vacuum the car).
I did have a few issues though:
- First was the time it took - I got there at 7:30 AM, and only got the car back at 2:30 PM, even though I made an appointment beforehand.
- Second was the fact that they left some light scratches on my front bumper - the SA brought car back up, and I assume hit it with some polish, so it was ok when he brought it down again.
- Third, they don't allow you to actually see the car being worked on - they have some video monitors showing some of the service bays and the cars being serviced, but apparently mine was serviced in a bay without a videocam.
- Finally, you can't bring your own oil for the PMS - you have to use the Toyota oil, which is both expensive and not particularly good.
I'm going to be bringing my car to Toyota Pasig (Ortigas) for its next service this week - chose this because the feedback seemed ok, and they allow you to bring your own motor oil.
Sa Toyota Pasig ok service nila, pwede ka magdala ng oil at may coffee all you can ka pa, kaya lang bawal manood habang ginagawa car.
