    Definitely that's a Toyota. Another variant of their Kijang (notice the emblem on the fender, partly hidden)

    ah meron palng talagang starex na pang commercial use, may nakita ako kailan lang na starex tapus dropside yung likod akala ko nga talyer made lang ..hehe
