question:
which is a better buy: a 2004 Altis 1.6E which costs P770,000 OR a 2003 Altis 1.8G which will cost a little more than P800,000?
i'm not a big fan of the 1.8G's wood trim, is there any chance it can be replaced or removed?

kahit old stock.. pag ni-register yan sa LTO eh 2004 model.. kaya oks pa din...
for me it is still a good buy.. or why not get the 2004 altis na 1.8G.. malaki po ba price difference?
parang cosmetic changes lang ang 2004 altis.. sana nga yung backup at parking sensors eh same color ng bumper tulad ng commercial nila...

best buy pa rin ang altis 1.8G... ang maganda kasi sa altis. konti lang ang nababago sa kanilang cosmetic touch up, unlike sa ibang brand medyo radical changes talaga that you will feel that previous models are made obsolete and getting cheaper...kung ang habol mo ay reliability w/ no worry on spare parts and a car for keeps for your growing kids to drive soon...Go for altis.
OT: may binebenta pong Lynx RS yung friend ko for Php575K, 1 yr old..22K milage..... di ko po alam kung bakit binebenta....post ko na lang later!

2003 Altis 1.8G = 848,000
2004 Altis 1.8E = 848,000
2004 Altis 1.6E = 770,000
My problem with the 1.8 is the wood trim.
My problem with the 1.6E is that i know that i will add 15" mags, foglamps and sideskirt. and i'll end up spending more or less the same as if i purchased the 1.8, which has all of the above, plus disc rear brakes, 1.8 engine, better stereo, leather seats, sun shade and rather unfortunately, WOOD TRIM. aaarrrrgggghhhh!
Choice I would have made as well.
