Kung yung Tricycle nga kaya magsakay ng 7 na siksikan pa paakyat man o pababa. Yung Compact SUV pa kaya hahaha

Iiyak talaga makina if the engine is smaller vs the power requirement in a situation. 9 passengers then sa baguio pa.

Talk about overloading, well woman driver pala.

Must be hell for all of the occupants except for the driver and the fuel economy must have suffered as well.

Thats interesting, pano kayo nagkasya 3 adults sa 3rd row? Yes she probably used the lower gears kaya maingay na makina nung Rush. At least na break-in nya kagad hehe

I agree kung yung tricycle na puno ng 7 passengers nakaka-akyat ng Baguio, yung Rush pa kaya... pero ang tricycle does not cost P900k++, but the Rush does so normal lang to have higher expectations from it.

Mukhang eto ang battle late this year ah, BR-V vs Rush vs Xpander. Year of the small mpv/suv.

Agree. I've read that the Xpander is planned to be released by 1Q of 2018 locally, but news like your've shared, mukhang malabo ah. Hopefully magawaan nila ng paraan para may excess production na by 3Q or 4Q of 2018.
Yung Rush wala pang statement si TMP, pero with how BRV is making a killing in its segment (even my bayaw owns one and is satisfied with it), mamadaliin (no pun intended) yan ng Toyota.

I agree it will sell a lot just simply because of the badge. So it is Unibody FWD Xpander vs Ladder Frame RWD Rush for 2018. Good fight.

So the Rush is official now:

    https://www.topgear.com.ph/news/indu...180213-fbfirst

Goodbye BR-V, Ecosport, Ertiga, Mobilio, etc. If the Avanza was able to sell over 15,000 units last year, I'm pretty sure this more macho-looking MPV will be an even bigger hit assuming pricing remains reasonable.
