Report: Toyota Rush facelift coming this month? | TopGear PH

According to reports from Indonesian website Otodriver, the Rush is finally getting a bit of a refresh this year. Mind you, the operative word here is refresh, so it won’t be an all-new model. Nonetheless, the Rush is due for an update since this model has yet to receive any major upgrades since it was launched in 2017.

Interesting, mala Toyota CHR/ prev gen Rav4 facelift yung front end. Headlamps feels tacky though, since ginamit lang nila yung current headlamps.
I still prefer the current front end, it blends seamlessly sa clean body lines niya.

Toyota Rush discontinued in Malaysia; will PH follow? | Autoindustriya

UMW Toyota Motor has stopped offering the Toyota Rush in Malaysia and has been taken off its official website. While the reason behind discontinuing the model was not officially shared by Toyota Malaysia, the Rush is no longer performing in terms of sales in that part of the globe.

or, they are sacrificing this not-so-stellar seller, to spruce up sales of the vanzy and raise?

It's got the looks, the proper SUV ride height due to the ladder frame, and features. If they price it right, it's gonna devour the Ecosport and BRV. Never mind if its a guzzler.

Kung aabot sya pwede ilagay sa listahan ko. Sana.. Panapat daw sa almost 1m base BR-V. But i would expect its price at 1.1m base - 1.4m totl.

ang dapat dito palitan ng pangalan Toyota Late. wala na too late coz the Vitara will devour first the Ecosport and BRV market

Toyota will most probably bring this given the BR-V's sales.
I am expecting +/- 20K price difference with the BR-V, but with a lot less features, regardless it would still sell 2:1 vs the Honda counterpart.

But with the excise tax coming in 2018, TMP would be hard pressed to price it below 1M. BRVs base variant is 998k this year and by 2018, that would be at least 1.03M. IMHO, TMP if they bring the rush here can probably price the base variant around 1.03M also. Almost the same price as the Veloz

Nice review. It does have Android Auto and Apple Car Play. But Toyota PH sucks as usual.

Sayang tong Rush/Terios, if it only had a a good drivetrain and interior. All looks, no go.

I agree cause Im sure you want to use it on family trips, so that can be anywhere between 3-7 people right? pano kung puno ka ng pasahero and matarik na paakyat pa? plus traffic pa? kakayanin kaya ng Rush yun?

My friend have Rush (Trip on Baguio last week). 9 Adults inside. 2 on 1st row, 4 on 2nd row, and 3 adults in 3rd row. So far, ok naman wala naman ako comment sa performance ng rush and i was sitting on a 3rd row. The only thing na na bothered ako is medyo maingay yung makina every time na nag oovertake sa mababagal na kotse. Probably she used 2nd gear i think.

Kung yung Tricycle nga kaya magsakay ng 7 na siksikan pa paakyat man o pababa. Yung Compact SUV pa kaya hahaha
