mga bosing newbie pa lang ako dito, gusto ko bumili ng 97 toyota gli ae101 asking price nya 228k. may papaayus pa yata yong automatic door di raw gumagana.tanong ko lang kong mataas ba ang price? sa ngayon magkano na price ng ganyang modelo? baka may iba pang recommendation!

in my opinion, medyo mahal yata ang price. but to be sure, check out sites selling used cars or better yet buy buy 'n sell magazines.
search these sites to know the current prices of a 97 gli:

Mahal pards. A 1997 AE101 Gli should go for the 150K to 190K at the most. ven the well-modded and fixed units are already hard pressed to break the 200K barrier IMO.

You can buy a nice 1997 GLi MT TRD Edition for 185k. Stock, good condition (no major repairs) AE101 body should not go over 190k ... With 228k, you could already get a 1998-99 AE111.
Your are on the right track.... ideally get a 1997 AE101 MT or AT. Good luck!
