For close to the same amount of money there are much better alternatives.
BMW M2c has the proper M-version of the engine, a proper gearbox (DCT or 6MT), and 2 extra seats.

450hp possible with restrictor emoved and downpipes. boost increase and bigger intercooler possible 500hp. 4.1seconds could be in the in the sub 3.5s bonkers
