Which is the practice for the IMV line-up (Innova - Hilux - Fortuner). I would guess the Hiace will also get this engine somewhere along the line.

TMP style with new models launches are first start with very minimal features. Incremental addition of features after each year along with a subtle price increase. In the Phils, Toyota models are most feature packed/loaded and becomes bang-for-buck in the last two years of its life. TMP has been employing this strategy since the big body Corolla and Corona Exsior.

Reports say Indonesia is producting 300-400 units per day. if TMP decides to import, we might get the units by January.

Current Innovas are locally assembled. TMP hasn't announced if they will assemble the new innovas locally.
