Mga sir meron na ba sa inyo nakakuha ng OR/CR/Plates? nag inquire kasi ako sa LTO via email wala daw records un sakin as of today eh last feb. 28 ko pa nakuha ung unit. Ano kaya maganda gawin para sa April 01 na No Plate - No Travel policy? Puntahan ko ba yung dealer?

Hello yaris owners, first post here in tsikot. survey naman po ng FC nyo. Im planning to get the 1.3e at but i have read an article regarding the review of topgear.ph that the vios (yaris sibling), got only 6km/L city driving. Still doing more researc on this tho. For me fc is a big factor in deciding what car to buy as my first car. A few months ago i was decided on getting a second hand 2012 jazz 1.3 but when i saw the new yaris, i fell in love with the design, exterior and interior. So there, i hope you can help me with my survey of the yaris fuel consumption may it be 1.5g or the 1.3 variants Thank you yaris owners!!

last week, I finally decided to pull the trigger on this one and got myself a 1.5G model which was released yesterday ... I did not get my first color choice though, but got my second choice - wanted to have the orange one, and dark gray as my second choice ... my agent who is also my first cousin advised me to get the dark gray when it became available late last week, he mentioned that the stock are scarce and it may take a long time to get my first choice ... I haven't had much time to drive it, but was able to thinker with the settings and the head unit (which now has a 7-inch monitor) .. SRP by the way is now 861k, up from 845k

my impressions and comparison with my other car (Ford Focus) -

- I love the exterior, it holds its own against other brands on the same class - it's the main reason I chose it over Jazz and Fiesta
- Interior space is roomy, it appears to have better leg room at the back compared to my Ford Focus
- A bit disappointed that it did not have an arm rest and compartment at the middle as the variants with other countries - it should have been standard for the 1.5G model
- The head unit supports SD card, USB drive, and even HDMi connection for screen mirroring, it has bluetooth and phone linkage ... it's not to intuitive though, not that easy to search for songs on the SD card (it's not sorted, hence I do not know if all the songs were read) ... AM/FM channel presets are limited to 18 (6-AM and 12-FM) ... overall, the head unit is better than standard units ... sound quality however is lacking (again in comparison with Ford Focus) - it seems so flat or dull, good speakers are probably the recommended upgrades
- drive feel is quite good, not as good as the Focus, but much much better than the Suzuki Celerio that it replaced
- the add-ons that I had were - 3M tint, back sensor, and Yaris tray ... the only tool that came with it was the wrench tool for removing the tires, it came with free Early Warning Device and free golf umbrella
- all power, including folding side mirrors

NGANGA nalang talaga dahil sa "Toyota Shaw" pero next week makipag sapalaran nalang ako alis nalang madaling araw kung mahuli man eh i-contest nalang at isampal kay shaw ang ticket fine tutal sila talaga ang tamad maglakad ng papel. Yung agent ko sabi nasa lto na daw at meron ng transmittal pero ilan beses ko ng pinapasend yung copy NGANGA parin so tingin ko alibi nalang talaga.

Yesterday, I texted him. No response sya so tinawagan ko. Hindi sinasagot. 2nd call ko nakapatay na phone nya. Today, ginawa ko ulit. Same result lang. So dumiretso ako sa supervisor nya. nagkausap kami. Sabi babalikan daw ako para sa status ng plate. But i tried to call pero lagi daw nasa meeting supervisor nya.


Meron po ba tayong magagawang legal actions para sa ganitong gawain ng dealer?

Yaris owners, pa update naman po ng fc nyo. 1.3at and 1.5g. Ng city driving. Hindi pa rin ako makapili sa yaris at city sa ngayon. Mas matipid daw ang city sa gas pero mas mura daw maintenance ng toyota. Any reuth to this? mas gusto ko porma ng yaris, Pero Importante din sa akin ang fc. Thank you sirs!

Btw, kanina sinamahan ko yung friend ko tumingin ng hilux.napatanong ako tungkol sa issues ng vios/yaris. Inamin nya naman na maraming reklamo mga customers na makakas daw sa gas ang vios/yaris sa simula, pero pag dating daw ng mga 10k sa odo, dun na daw tumitipid. Pero ang tagal naman ata bago tumipid. my unit was released last March 30, up to now ang status lang na nabigay sa akin ay for PNP clearance pa daw, meaning hindi pa nadadala sa LTO yung papers ko ... got my car from Toyota Makati - really poor service

Bought my 1.5 G AT Yaris last Oct 31, 2014. Pagkakuha ko pa lang pansin na ni bossing na hindi mabango amoy ng aircon. Di ko pinansin dahil alam ko na maarte lang talaga si boss at para sa akin ok lang naman yung amoy. BTW this is my 6th brand new car so alam ko ang amoy ng brand new car. After break-in, (nasanay na kasi ako na may break-in period that's why all my cars are in good running condition come the time na ibenta ko), anyway, after 1000kms, binigay ko na kay bossing yung yaris. BTW, I also bought a Wigo 1.0 G AT kasabay ng yaris (and again after break-in binigay ko din kay bossing para meron magamit yung yaya pansundo at hatid ng mga bata). So I ended up using our 2008 Honda City iDSL 1.3 AT (mas gusto ko naman gamitin kasi mas maganda sound system sa pandinig ko, tunog lata kasi sound ng dalawang toyota). Eto na, last week, nagbyahe ng Pangasinan si bossing so palit daw muna kami kasi ayaw nya malaspag agad yung yaris at takot naman sya ibyahe yung Wigo dahil maliit. Nung pag on ko ng aircon ng Yaris, dun ko napansin na mabaho nga yung amoy ng ACU sa unang buga tapos mawawala ito mga after 5 to 10 minutes siguro, ewan ko baka nasanay na yung ilong ko sa amoy by that time. For 1 week ko sya ginamit at everytime nga na mag-on ako ng aircon ganun na nga ang amoy sa umpisa. Yung 2009 Ford Ranger Trekker 2.5 XLT AT ko din nung unang first 6 months nya ganun din pero ang sabi sa casa dapat daw pag mag-on ako ng aircon nasa mataas na setting yung thermostat. Duda ako nuon sa advice ng Ford casa kasi yung Corolla, yung Jazz at yung City ko naman never nangyari yun pero sinunod ko at tama naman, wala nga yung amoy pero nung after a year di ko na sinunod yung mataas na thermostat setting pero di na bumalik yung mabahong amoy. Kaso nung sinubukan ko gawin yung teknik na yun dito sa Yaris, balewala, kahit todo yung thermostat sa pag-start meron pa din amoy. Malapit na mag 5K yung yaris and irereklamo ko na sa SA. Baka lang meron din sa inyo na naka-experience ng ganito pero "too shy" to admit. Ako naman, para lang mai-document yung experience ko dito sa Yaris ko. BTW, yung Altis ng isang friend at yung isa pang Altis ng friend ni bossing pareho din yung amoy.
