My 5000 kms happened last January 2017, Nagpalagay ako ng Fully synthetic oil way back then. Bale 3,000 petot un binayaran ko nun.

Sabi ng SA ngaun, Every 10,000 kms or 6 months which ever comes first daw, pero optional daw, pede naman daw Top-Up pero palit pa rin ng daw oil filter.

Sorry first time owner lang ako, hindi ako familiar kaya I posted it here so have some advise.

    i believe it's in the owner's manual.
i use mineral, so it's every 5000 km for me.
if synthetic, it might be 10K, but the filter has to be replaced, every 5K pa rin yata.

Main purpose is to increase their profit / commission ... who knows if they even apply these things on a practically brand new car ...

the brake paste, brake cleaner, silicon spray and oil treatments, are for them, po. your engine doesn't need them. inform them, "i don't want those, and i am not paying for them."

you'll get quoted the same things by the other casas, maybe worse. heh heh..
you just have to be strong in your disposition:
oil and filter change lang po. no flush. no treatment of any kind. "and it's only 10K km; so don't replace my sparking plugs. and stay away from my brakes; you can adjust it if you like, but don't use them brake snake oils on me." (in the first place, aren't those brakes self-adjusting?)
and my aircon is just fine. stay away from it.

i have gone thru to 25K km pms. and never have i been billed more than 5000 bucks each time.

And the gasket. It's not necessary to change it every time you change oil

Walang door sign sa panel lol. Kakakita ko lang din from other pictures so yun lang ang paraan para makita kung nakasara ang pinto nang mabuti, pag nakapatay ang overhead light.

May additional observation pako: di ko mabuksan yung hood kasi matigas yung parang knob na pambukas niya. Hihilain ba yun or pipindutin? Mas nasanay nako dun sa iba na hila lang eh.

even i would think myself a cheapskate, which i am, if i asked the casa to re-use my gasket.
we did reuse them, decades ago, when we did our own oil change.. hayun... tutulo after several recycles.
    heh heh.

what gives it, its likeability in the city, might give the driver a heart attack on the open road.

the car is so light, that it can get buffeted by the wind from larger vehicles around it.
the very light steering wheel and that short wheelbase, make it too sensitive for fast, highway driving. the driver has to be constantly thinking about that wheel. also, it does not soak up highway road imperfections well.
its seemingly spritely movements in the city, do not rub off onto its less-than-stellar speed abilities on the highway.
its less-than-perfect soundproofing, becomes evident on the highway.
it was not designed for speed.

wigo is a city car. it is not a good highway car.
    my opinion.

Yes the wigo is really good in the city. In my route, travelling on nlex will just take around 5-10 mins. drive from the entrance to my exit. And i will just use this as a substitute or coding vehicle. That is why i wanna know what to expect and what it is like to drive it on a highway, coming from a vios, because the wigo is a very small car. I wouldnt drive it there to push its limits or what.

I might use the wigo again later.

So far, i noticed na sobrang tipid niya. Last week, it had a full tank and on my 24km route back-and-forth na mixed city & highway, hindi man lang bumaba ng isang bar ang fuel gauge. Also it has a good acceleration and decent top speed, not like what on-paper specs suggested. However, for nvh levels there's still room for improvement but what can be expected for a car as cheap as this. Also good for traffic pa and not troublesome to park in tight places. At first, i thought i would be disappointed but it's the opposite. It managed to impress me somehow, coming from a driving a vios.

Please help guys. I got a 3-year old Wigo E manual and the stock car stereo (not the 2din unit) is already malfunctioning. I'm willing to replace it with a new ones (and further suggestions) pero baka kasi magawan pa ng paraan, sayang naman kasi. Thanks in advance!

toyota casa. dun na rin nyo pa-kabit. naninigurado lang naman. medyo tricky kasi, e. hindi madaling ma-salat ang butas. less than a thousand, including labor.

before, my SA already knows, pinapakabit na niya sa casa ang extra driver's grab handle, for my newly-purchased car.
happily, some of today's toyotas already have four grab handles for all four doors.
