^^^ imho both cars are great, pero if this will be your only car i go with the wigo. But if you can stretch your budget a little more, go for the mirage. Another stretch, go for the vios.

But pag bigalaang accelerate mas maingay engine ng wigo compared to celerio.

In terms of suspension sa tingin ko mas ok wigo.

Sa style sa loob mas ok celerio. Mas mukang elegante. Wigo simple lng talaga but pwede na din.

Comfort lamang na lamang wigo because of the space sa harap sa likod.

But if you ask me. Ill choose wigo over celerio. Kaya in terms of parts siguro advantage wigo in the long run.

    Sa mga naka test drive

Panong may delay?

    For A/T ba yun?

Guys.. I hope makatulong ito.. Not so sure though para sa mga new vehicles..

"I'm not sure if this is applicable sa atin but anyway, I'll share this information with you guys.

If you are experiencing throttle lag issue sa mga GM nyo coming from a full stop, this might help. I got this from a friend who owns a vios and complained about the throttle lag. Unfortunately, he did not get help from the Toyota dealer where he got his new vios and decided to write an e-mail to Toyota Japan out of desperation. Out of sheer luck, he got a reply and advised to do the following.

    The procedure:
    - Turn your key to the ON position (not just ACC), wait for the various dash warning lights to go out - but do NOT start the car.

    - Press your throttle all the way down in one smooth motion - just do it at a normal speed (take about 2-3 seconds to hit bottom).

    - Let it up, as soon as you hit the bottom.

    - Turn off your ignition and wait 3-4 seconds.

    - Start the engine up normally and drive.

May have to repeat 3 times for the Computer Training to complete
this procedure trains the throttle variable switch to the throttle body servo motor. May need to be redone everytime you flash the PCM.

According to the e-mail, this is applicable for all servo motor controlled throttle body, which in other words -- drive by wire throttle body assembly, which how honda calls it.

I have driven a vios 1.3E of a friend and the throttle lag is evident on the 1st gear. After this procedure, it has somehow improved the response and the throttle lag has somehow disappeared. Might as well try on our GM's and see if it works for us too."

    Test drive will definitely help..

But I'll take the Mirage against Wigo..

1.0 is Fuel Efficient.. But if you'll think about the torque.. 1.0 engine will cry more to pull the car..

Metro is a full stop and go..

1.2 engine is the seller talaga for mirage glx imho pero ang ganda kasi ng features ng wigo g, same features ng mirage gls w/c is almost 100k difference, hindi na ako pumunta sa festi para mag test drive last saturday after ko mag pa quote sa toyota alabang branch, im really not expecting that much, lalu nat nasanay ako mag drive ng van(diesel) and motorcycle na mabilis ang pickup ng throttle. I hope to bring this home by March (crossing my fingers)

and now comes Hyundai i10 grand, just saw it here in MOA, 1.2 engine, very nice interior, wider leg/boot room, and a sportier look, I didn't bother asking for the retail price and other specs of the car, baka mag bago pa isip ko sa wigo LOL amp!

i saw it too. it looked delicious enough to eat. the seats were great! the only turn-off was the price.. 748K! more than the g4, and well into vios country... but the SA says the introductory price might improve..
SA says it's a three-pot engine, but they may get a four-pot option..
    abated breath...
but the basic MT lists at 558K..
