Toyota Aygo | Euro NCAP - For safer cars crash test safety rating

i think 15" and 16" mags would look good. you still need to do actual fitting to see if it works.
recommended upsizing is 2% or less difference in circumference. this is to minimize speedometer and odometer error.
example: you changed to bigger mags and tires and there is +2% difference in circumference. when your speedometer reads 100kph, you are actually travelling at 102kph.. and if your tripmeter says 100 km, you actually travelled 102km na.
for brands, madami choices depende na sa budget mo.. better visit actual shops na lang.
i used online tire size calculators for these..
14"
175/65 R14 (All Stock, Wigo G A/T)
Tire Width = 6.89 in
Side Wall = 4.48 in
Tire Height = 23 in
Circumference = 72.1 in
195/60 R14 (Stock Mags, Wider Tires)
Tire Width = 7.68 in
Side Wall = 4.61 in
Tire Height = 23.2 in
Circumference = 72.9 in
Difference in Circumference = +1.11%
15"
175/60 R15 (Bigger Mags)
Tire Width = 6.89 in
Side Wall = 4.13 in
Tire Height = 23.3 in
Circumference = 73.1 in
Difference in Circumference = +1.35%
185/55 R15 (Bigger Mags, Wider Tires)
Tire Width = 7.28 in
Side Wall = 4.01 in
Tire Height = 23 in
Circumference = 72.3 in
Difference in Circumference = +0.24%
16"
175/50 R16 (Bigger Mags)
Tire Width = 6.89 in
Side Wall = 3.44 in
Tire Height = 22.9 in
Circumference = 71.9 in
Difference in Circumference = -0.29%
195/45 R16 (Bigger Mags, Wider Tires)
Tire Width = 7.68 in
Side Wall = 3.45 in
Tire Height = 22.9 in
Circumference = 71.9 in
Difference in Circumference = -0.21%
17"
195/40 R17 (Bigger Mags, Wider Tires)
Tire Width = 7.68 in
Side Wall = 3.07 in
Tire Height = 23.1 in
Circumference = 72.7 in
Difference in Circumference = +0.81%
Reminder: as wheels and tires get larger and heavier, acceleration and fuel economy suffer.

Obviously, di matrapik ang city loop niya. :p
Surprised he didn't get more out of the Mirage. That one does 23-24 easy.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Can't be done. He's a single writer, borrowing the cars one at a time. To get everything together is very, very difficult. Few writers bother to do such in-traffic fuel economy group tests (Tessa Salazar does), and even then, being first or last in the convoy has a big effect on economy... as does the difference between individual drivers.
And then you get to measuring. If your cars don't use at least four or five liters of fuel, the error rate is higher than the consumption... fill-to-fill differences can be as big as one or two liters over a single trip, or three or four if the car is allowed to sit a while between fills and trips.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
aww. anlayo ng full tank method ko sa expressway ah. 25.5 km/l lumabas sa computation ko.
