    and GM will lay off 30,000 personnel (12 plants) nagtataka ang mga tao kung bakit nakaya ng Toyota umangat samantalang ang GM palugi na yata.

    Toyota is opening factories in Texas, Canada, and upgrade Indiana Plant (Subaru and Toyota Plant)

    China GM rose 27% in sales tho.
