10th gen ALTIS a/c problem....flooded unit

today, nagawa na a/c ko so i decided to put back the upper dash board and stereo. after installing everything, i started the car to test the a/c and stereo. pag on ko nung dalawa, nagulat ako walang hangin lumalabas sa 2 vent in the middle!both far left and right vents were ok. so i tried switching the mode to the one where the a/c will come out below the windshield, ok naman...WEIRD! fyi, i took out the whole a/c system for cleaning...what could have i missed putting back on correctly?
