i am curious as to what the test factors / conditions were, such as: kind of cell phone; area where it was left; time it was left; day it was left; weather at the time it was left; other factors
but regardless, the result is something we should be proud of

pero kung i-phone or blackberry siguro yung ginamit nilang phones baka siguro hindi ibabalik yun.
MANILA: 24/30 phones returned OVER hundred of cellphone snatched and stolen in the same place.

September 20th, 2011 05:43 AM #18I think nagkamali yung survey for Manila. 24 yung honest na umamin na ninakaw nila at di na binalik then 6 naman yung hindi honest kasi hindi umamin na ninakaw nila. mas posible.

It's finders keepers here 99.99% of the time. The test result is a fluke.
