    i am curious as to what the test factors / conditions were, such as: kind of cell phone; area where it was left; time it was left; day it was left; weather at the time it was left; other factors

    but regardless, the result is something we should be proud of

    The biggest source of error here is the type of cellphone "dropped" or "lost"...

    If it's a Nokia 5110, talagang isosoli yan!!!!!!!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    pero kung i-phone or blackberry siguro yung ginamit nilang phones baka siguro hindi ibabalik yun.

    I think nagkamali yung survey for Manila. 24 yung honest na umamin na ninakaw nila at di na binalik then 6 naman yung hindi honest kasi hindi umamin na ninakaw nila. mas posible.
