kudos to the management for installing sensors, looking for parking slot will be easier, same with MOA. If i am not mistaken, Megamall is also doing this.

first implemented eto sa moa. maganda ang gamit niya, very very useful dahil hindi ka mahihirapan maghanap ng parking. meron na din ang megamall nito

pero may 1 con dito, minsan pag lumagpas sa sensor ang metal part ng sasakyan, green pa rin ang lalabas. this usually happens sa mga maliliit na kotse. i feel lang na kelangan lang nila taasan ang sensitivity at range ng sensor nila ng konti. and dapat may partner eto, dapat may counter, as far as i am concern para mas automated.

yup, totoo sir, lalo't after opis at weekend na tanghali na (bangon ng mga bigtime hehe) kaya magandang punta sa mall yung kabubukas kahit anong anong araw even weekends. pag uwi mo after lunch - parating pa lang sila -tapos ka na at pwede na ulit mag syesta sa balkonahe pagdating sa bahay

Sensors break down, mis-read and as time goes by become inaccurate.

Actually a very simple way to monitor if the parking slots are full is by way of the tickets issued.

Since the number of parkign spaces are fixed (unless nanganganak ang parking spaces or may parking demon sa loob na hindi marunong mag park) you can monitor this by the tickets issued and tickets paid when cars exit.

Ma-porma. But for people who understand systems, it's another case of mismanagement (daming pera para itapon sa parking di ba?)

problema yan ng alto ko, laging green sa moa kahit na nakapark na kame eheheh.

OT: last sunday we went to north edsa, paalis na kame ng parking space may isang lancer na feeling evo going 30-35km/h muntik na kaming tamaan. shouldn't there be a speed limit while inside the car park?

isa pang kinaiinisan ko yung mga hindi marunong magbasa ng road signs while inside the car park. last week sa moa muntik na kaming banggain ng isang innova that went thru a "wrong way" sign, tsktsk
