Before people let out a speculation, it is wise to gather proper evidences like docs or sight incidences and not just baseless.. That's what I learned from my aspiring lawyer prof.

I'm not for gov't offcials nor San Miguel or what not, it just made me cringe kung puro tsismis / baseless accusations and no proper evidence.. Heck even some public servants like congressman does that wtf

just rode japan's tsukuba express and one of the subway trains in tokyo metro.

i think philippines should focus on rapid or semi-rapid trains. bullet trains are a little bit ambitious for a country with no real good train system to begin with.
